Real Estate Investing - Gearing Up!

OK, I'm ready to get started. My ad goes in the paper next week, and I am putting up signs around town starting in two weeks. I have been slow to start because I am in the middle of moving from New Hampshire back to Rochester, NY. I did not want to actively start buying in New Hampshire, but now that I am going back to Rochester I will be starting.

During the past two months I have be refining my marketing plan. The central aspect of my plan is my website: http://www.3weeksorless.com/ My initial version I created myself using a simple sales letter format. I wrote the copy using an aggressive sales approach. My copy and my website have come a long way since then.

My wife, Rebecca, has been learning alot about internet marketing and copy writing, and I have been learning alot from her. We completely re-wrote the copy of the website using a workbook and template created by Laurie Morgan Ferrero (place affiliate link here). Check out my website, and you can see the difference. My goal is to connect emotional with a potential seller so that they want to well to me.
