Dr. Chopra's new book touts the health benefits of tea

Here's a new book from Dr. H.K. Chopra, with forward by Deepak Chopra, called "Lifestyle and Health."

Interestingly, he advocates drinking green tea, "He says that tea has great potential for enhancing health as it is anantioxidant and intake of it, preferably green tea, keeps one healthy.Almonds are good and so are walnuts as these contain fatty acids thatconvert the omega-3 oils which are associated with fewer blood clotsand decreased risk of stroke. Water, the health miracle, is absolutelyessential to keep the body metabolism in order and at least six toeight glasses must be consumed every day."
